ChurchDatabase.org is an online church database.  It is designed for new or smaller churches needing an inexpensive church database.  We have made it user-friendly, customizable and accessible anywhere 24-7-365.  Admittedly, it does not have all the bells and whistles that many current computer-based software products have, but it does have many regular features.  Currently it will allow you to:

• Track information on church members/attenders and guests

      * Contact information

      * Ministry Involvement

      * Ministry experience & interests

      * Spiritual gifting

      * Personality & temperament

      * Commitment level

• Track visitors

• Track volunteers

• Track attendance for all your groups, teams, worship, etc.

• Print directories, mailing labels, etc.

• Filter and sort your information

• Send e-mails out to various groups

• Assign different levels of access to the database information

• Easily train church members to use the database.

 News:

As of December 2003, we have completed our beta-testing stage and are ready for other churches to begin using it.

In February 2004, we anticipate adding some church information cards (included in church bulletins) into the database so data entry individuals can use that template to enter information directly into the database.

In April 2004, we anticipate adding a contribution record system into the database.

 Pricing:

Basic: $10/month, i.e. $120 annual subscription fee (billed annually).  This is generally sufficient after the first year.

Premium: $20/month, i.e. $240 annual subscription fee (billed annually).  This includes customer support for the church's database administrator.  You will be billed annually.
